1. Kindness Traps 360+ Feedback Report: Gain valuable insights into your blindspots and prioritize areas for growth with feedback from up to 5 stakeholders. This report helps you identify where your well-intentioned kindness may be hindering your team's success.

2. Monthly Kindness Trap Workshops: Attend 10 engaging 2-hour workshops, each focusing on a different Kindness Trap. These monthly Zoom sessions, from January to November (with a summer break in August), will help you to identify where you might be falling prey to a Kindness Trap and how to navigate a more effective way forward for you as a leader and for your team. 

We’ll offer the workshops across different time slots, to allow for different time zones and flexibility arrangements:

  1. Session A: 7:30-9:30 GMT/BST

  2. Session B: 12:00-14:00 GMT/BST

  3. Session C: 19:00-21:00 GMT/BST 

4. Digital Workbooks with Homework Assignments: Receive a monthly digital workbook related to the workshop theme, complete with homework assignments that take approximately 30-90 minutes. These exercises will help you prepare ahead of each month’s workshop and to apply what you've learned to deepen your understanding of the month's topic.

5. Closing Circle: Wrap up the year-long journey with a special 2-hour closing circle workshop. Celebrate your growth, consolidate your learning, and connect with your new-found community who have embarked on this transformative leadership development program alongside you.

Explore the Inspiration Behind The Kindfull Leadership Lab:

Hey, I'm Tee. I created The Kindfull Leadership Lab because I hate seeing well-intentioned leaders not having the impact they want to. It's disheartening to see them trying to be kind, only to end up stifling the growth of their team members, limiting overall team output, and burning themselves out in the process.

I wanted to develop a community of leaders who believe in being good humans and who want to inspire and empower their teams to do great things. 

I understand the struggle of wanting to lead with kindness while also stepping up into a more senior and strategic capacity. It can feel like there's a leadership ceiling that prevents us from fully embracing our values and making a meaningful difference - or that we have an idealistic dream that it’s possible to lead this way.

Prior to founding HUSTLE + hush, I spent a 15 years leading and motivating teams of high-performing, ambitious professionals in the luxury fashion and beauty industry for top global brands like Burberry, Charlotte Tilbury and Tommy Hilfiger in London and Amsterdam.

Through my background and the past nearly 8 years as a leadership coach, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face in fast-paced, high-growth environments. My coaching focuses on leading with adaptive authenticity, over-coming well-intentioned kindness traps and empowering individuals and teams to navigate change, transitions and personal growth with confidence and connection.

My superpower is leveraging a combination of strong and honest challenge with kind and encouraging support, anchored in utmost safety. This creates an ideal environment for you to reflect upon your current reality, lean into the possibilities that exist within you and access the next steps to initiate this for yourself.

I’m a qualified Leadership Coach, through the Institute of Psychosynthesis/University of Middlesex, and a professional member of APECS (Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision). A lifelong learner, I’m also an accredited Strengths Profile practitioner, a certified Appreciation at Work facilitator, a certified Emotional Culture Deck practitioner and an accredited Ovio Teach Mindfulness teacher.
